All transactions on ArionPH are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are supported. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. ArionPH does not accept third-party payments.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ArionPH ("ArionPH", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ArionPH website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ArionPH reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify ArionPH immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ArionPH will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
ArionPH is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by ArionPH for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
ArionPH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ArionPH's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your ArionPH account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. ArionPH reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in your account. ArionPH reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
ArionPH does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, third-party accounts. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your ArionPH account. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the ArionPH Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ArionPH does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.
ArionPH may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. ArionPH reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.
ArionPH actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
ArionPH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified and any accrued qualifying activity will be honored at ArionPH's reasonable discretion.

All games on the ArionPH Platform utilize certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. ArionPH's RNG systems are independently tested and certified. Past game outcomes have no influence on future results.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, ArionPH reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the corresponding wager amounts to the player's account balance. ArionPH shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error or software malfunction are void and will not be paid out.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ArionPH Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the ArionPH Platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of ArionPH or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ArionPH.
ArionPH collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ArionPH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ArionPH's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ArionPH account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ArionPH's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your ArionPH account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
ArionPH reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ArionPH is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) ArionPH reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) ArionPH ceases to offer gaming services in your jurisdiction.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 10, and 12.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and ArionPH, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent ArionPH from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
ArionPH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ArionPH will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will indicate the effective date of the changes.
Your continued use of the ArionPH Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
